awwww no dons, have you got the winter vomitting upset bottom flu bug? It made me puke on the kitchen floor and dont get me started on how much immodium I have been through!
Keep tucked up and warm, take 4 hourly paracetomal plenty of fluids, eat nice things and get lots of rest. Hope you feel better soon, sorry you have had to cancel visit :( xxxxxxxxx
