I got talking to an old school friend on Facebook earlier. I'd not spoken to her for years and was really pleased to hear from her. Well at first I was anyway .....
Why do some woman judge men by the amount of money they earn or what car they have? All she kept on about was how much money her fella had and what he had bought her as presents. I found it very distasteful. Not once did she mention what HE was like or how he treated her. It was all money money money. I couldnt give a shit what a blokes financial position was. As long as he treated me well and I liked him then I would be happy. I just dont get it ...... I am odd for feeling this way?

I totally agree with Jo, i have friends who consider what their blokes spend on them to be the be all and end all...one of them was even bragging about it two weeks after her bloke attacked her...i know what i'd rather have :-\ you are not alone Donna...
